My daughter’s school is asking us to send in a breakfast type of healthy snack for the first snack time. My daughter usually eats eggs for breakfast because that is her preference . But she’s supposed to bring a snack that is healthy that could be a breakfast substitute incase she doesn’t eat . Examples they gave are dry cereal and yogurt .
She’s not a fan of either one. Do you have any ideas of what would she could bring ? That also stays in the realm of healthy?
To give you an idea , they won’t even let send chips for the afternoon snack because that is reserved for special occasions like Shabbos party and Rosh Chodesh.

Rice cake with whatever she'll like on/with it. Get those small round thin ones, individually packed. They're softer and eats better.

Make a milk shake from a frozen banana + milk.

You can freeze half a container of milk shake
And add refrigerated milk shake, so it will defrost
But be cold and fresh.

Agreed, sounds like they are making arbitrary moral judgments about food and not trusting the parents. The idea of 'breakfast food' is rather arbitrary as well, it's cultural. Just send in any kind of food your daughter likes and see if they complain.
