HI all. I'm looking for someone who has made this recipe and can advise as to what size cookie sheets to use, as the recipe only specifies "two lined cookie sheets."

I do full size baking pans, which are essentially double 9x13, so it's 18x26
This size makes it easy to cut them into either 3 longer or 4 shorter cakes

It's a 12 × 17 cookie sheet sized aluminum pan.
