I'm looking for a recipe for spelt bread that I can make in my bread machine. I have a Hamilton Beach bread machine (not sure what size, maybe 2.5 lb?). I've never made bread in it before, just dough, but it sounds so easy to bake a loaf of bread directly in the machine that I'd like to give it a try. I bought a half-white half-whole spelt flour blend. Any tips for baking a loaf of bread in a bread machine are also appreciated
(I avoid wheat and have morning sickness so I've been eating an awful lot of spelt toast...)
