Is there sales tax if something is exactly $110? I know under $110, there's no sales tax.

I'm pretty sure $110 is taxed.

I was one at a store and bought something that was exactly $110 and the shopkeeper have me a $0.01 discount so I could avoid paying tax. I thought that was really nice of him!
