I want to leave my oven on 250. Besides for an overnight pastrami roast, what other meat can be made overnight or else left in for like 6 hours.
What sides?
Can any side dish be left overnight? I'm not making chulent so I need a meal for shabbos day.

Your shabbos food you should be cooking before shabbos, not in your oven on shabbos.
