What does he eat for Seuda Hamafseket?

We are having a guest Chazan for the Seuda.

Is there specific foods I should avoid serving that would make it harder for him to Chazan properly

I'd ask the guest if he has any preferences.

There are foods to eat and foods to avoid but I don’t remember what they are!

My husband avoids acidic and spicy stuff all of tishrei as that gets his throat irritated so harder to sing. But that may be just him.

Yes that I know
Also no nuts or even nut milk since it causes too much saliva

I need more help in foods that are light on the stomach, yet filling
To me it sounds like an oxymoron

I was thinking tongue since it’s delicate

My husband does not have special foods.

He mentioned about not having meat on erev yom kippur..?

DH has been a chazzan for years and doesn't eat/not eat anything specific. Ask your guest if he needs anything special, he may not...
