Any suggestions how to do this? Minyan? Food? Succah? Attractions? Age range is 7-17

Looking for an overnight trip in driving distance to nyc. We already did Philly, DC, Baltimore and Lancaster. So now I’m thinking Boston (but open to other ideas as well!)

Can this work?

Definitely doable! There are several kosher restaurants in Brookline, most on or near Harvard Street. Shuls are in Brookline and Brighton (Young Israel, Kollel, Tiferes Yosef, Boston Rebbe, Chai Odom, and more). Most will have a sukkah that you should be able to eat in if you ask in advance.

Attractions - Duck Boat tours are great, the aquarium is really nice, the science museum is excellent, the Boston Tea Party ship reenactment is fun, there's tons of historical stuff to do if you like that, walking/biking/boating by the Charles River, walking around Harvard Square, tour Fenway or go to a game, and lots more!

ETA The restaurants will likely have sukkos as well, though space may be limited, so call in advance.

Not particularly a chassidishe hechsher that I know of. A lot of places have KVH certification. You could reach out to Beis Pinchas and find out for specifics. A lot of dairy places like Veggie Crust are CY and PY. Definitely recommend them by the way. Awesome Indian food. For Fleish, Chanis in Worchester delivers to Boston a couple of times a week. It's a Chabad hechshered place. If you need a list of kosher restaurants in the area, I could totally download the pdf for you. There's quite a bit in Eastern Mass. We lived outside Boston for a year (dh is from there), and we haven't tried them all.
