You can leave them out! If it's for more than a day or two, better off freezing them.

Made them tonight for Shabbos day. Think it’s ok to leave them out? Or stick in fridge? Dropping them off tom at someone so don’t want them to be frozen
Or maybe stick them in freezer tonight and take them out in morning ?

Stick them in the fridge. They’re moist, it’s humid, will keep away the mold longer if they’re in the fridge. Just cover well so they don’t dry out.

Either out or in the freezer. No refrigerator. You can put them in the freezer tonight and take them out tomorrow morning.

I am very sensitive to the taste of something going off and I can't leave mine out for more than a day, maybe 2 before it starts tasting a little iffy to me. No one else tastes it for probably 3-4 days though. I stick them in the fridge if it's going to be more than 24 hours out.
