For medical reasons, I need to track my baby's feeds everyday. Trying to come up with a good way to track them on Shabbos and the upcoming Yomim Tovim.

Are you counting ounces?

I’d take a paper and type/write numbers 1- x down as if making a list. Then use a paper clip to signify the ounces She’s taken.

This is what I did when I needed to check and records my blood sugar During pregnancy

I'm counting ounces per feeding as well as time and type of feed... its a lot of information. Super easy on an app but not sure how to do it on Shabbos.

I would suggest using reusable stickers.
For the timing and the amount.
I had gotten something like this to track my daughter’s seizures.
Bh I never used it. But since it’s reusable it wasn’t considered a form of “writing”
Or you can use small magnetic numbers on a magnet board.

Paper printed out with times in 15 or 30 min increments. Use paperclips to put next to the times they ate. You can have each paperclip stand for 1 oz, or use colorful clips for different amounts. For example, red =1 oz , blue =1/2 oz, green =3. So 1 blue, 1 red and 1 green clip at 2:30 means 4.5 ozs. Make up numbers that work for how much your baby usually eats and write down the color code before Shabbos.

Print these out and use paper clips to mark the data.

Thank you so much! This really helped us over Yom Kippur.

Is it possible to make available a editable version? So I can make some changes that will better suit my baby? I can post my username or an email address if you prefer.

If you have Adobe InDesign...

otherwise if you want to let me know what would work better for you I can try to switch things!

InDesign I don't have, I should have realized it's professional!

The change that would be most helpful for me would be to change the numbers on top (for ounces) from the current 1-8 to 1-4 with marks at each half ounce (1, 1.5, 2, 2.5 etc). That way I can mark half and quarter ounces more easily.

Not that professional!

Here's another version, what else could make it easier to use?

Wow, thank you so much! It's tough but this tracker will make it easier.

Have a great Sukkos!

ETA: if anyone else needs to use this, I printed a four to a page and then cut it out. They came out the perfect size.
