Could this title be triggering for the poor widow in America whose dear husband drowned?

It very sadly might be but still needs to be posted.

Should one never again post about a near drowning victim?

Coming on ANY sight one knows there might be similar trauma posted at any time.

Terrible, but this is reality. And on it goes…

May we ALL have the yeshuos and refuos we need BE”H b’karov…

If Chas Vesholom it happens again and needs to be posted, could it not go in a more private kind of forum?

I remember years ago a kid fell in there but was immediately saved Bh. How scary

You may be referring to me. I fell into Suzanne lake when I was 2. I'm 36 now. A woman passed at that moment and pulled me out. My sister was with me, but was terrified to go into the water to save me. I'd love to meet my savior, but I have not a clue who she is!

This story is beyond frightening. My son watched the child being treated by hatzalah members. May he have a refuah shleima!

It didn’t annoy me at all. Wasn’t sure you know. (I didn’t hug you. I don’t think it’s hug worthy. Hope my typo didn’t annoy you. Thanks for the correction)

This was forwarded to me by a friend from the KolHaolam WhatsApp Community. I don't know how they get their info:

*NISSIM:* The child who was rescued on Shabbos from Suzanne Lake in Monsey after accidentally falling in, is B'H doing much better and is now in stable condition.

*Doctors confirmed* that he suffered no brain damage B'H and he is currently being weaned off the ventilator.

*Please continue to Daven* for a full recovery of Eliezer Ben Chaya Hinda.

Last I heard he was being extubated bh. Still needs lots of tefillas for his overall Refuah, though bh brain activity seems to be good.
Family needs tefillas too for cps involvement.

A child is in critical condition after drowning in a lake. He was under water for almost 1/2 an hour and it's a miracle that there was a pulse when he was pulled out. Let's storm the heaven's for a complete refua.
Eliezer ben Chaya Hinda
L'refua sheleima

Can you verify if the name is Eluzer or Eliezer? I heard Eluzer.

Also, my understanding is that the water was ice cold and that helped loads as he didn’t swallow water and it kind of froze his brain which bh avoided brain damage.
Anyone know if this is accurate?

In the most recent update regarding the young boy who was rescued from Lake Suzanne, Sources tell Monsey Scoop that there are positive developments in his health.

The boy is now moving all his limbs and his head autonomously. His sedation has been significantly reduced, with it being less than half of what it was. However, doctors are maintaining him on partial sedation. An MRI is scheduled for tomorrow morning, which will serve as a pivotal assessment of his condition.

All indicators are pointing towards a promising recovery Bisiyata Dishmaya. The Tzibur is urged to continue to daven for Eliezer Ben Chaya Hinda for a full recovery.
