Tried a new "full proof" recipe last night. Looked big and fluffy when I pulled it from the oven and made that noise when I Messed it. This morning it is all sunk in and the top is torn... I guess it wasn't really done... if I put it back in the oven this morning will that finish cooking it off or is it too late to salvage?

Baking it more now won't help if it's undercooked

Did it rise too long? Like other replied prob not repairable
Btw one way to check if done is (carefully since hot) to flip upside down & tap bottom, should be firm & have sort of hollow sound to it
Otherwise baking on no disposable metal cookie sheet will bake faster & likely more thoroughly than a very thick challah in a disposable tin in case helpful
