On the website says no height requirement and fyi only the white ones don’t swing back and forth.

Some cars are extremely wild, not ok for little kids & surely not for a baby.
Deno's wonder wheel is not part of Luna Park. It's a separate park/attraction.

Red and blue swing back and forth, white is stationary and doesn't move.
