Is this a decision to move? (Not about Israel)

We moved to a small community 4 years ago and my kids are very happy. Problem is the Rav and the rebbetzin that we thought we would connect to isn't working. He only listens to my dhs side and when it comes to my feelings, it's disregarded. The rebbetzin hasn't once reached out to me and she gives me a look over how I dress ehen she sees me. Do we need to move?

The other Rav is younger and doesn't have as much experience.

But he may be a better fit for you.
I would reach out with a scenario and see how he handles it.
I wouldn't jump abd move just yet.

But can you connect to him? The family rav doesn’t have to be the “best” rav- can the other one be good enough? Sounds like you have a lot of good going on (spoken as someone who’s unhappy where I live, I feel lonely)
