What are some suggestions of boys and girls names with the name of Hash-em at the end of the name? ie Shmuel or Daniel...
With girls' names- not a boy's name that is changed to a girl's- my DH doesn't like those types of names.
Thanks!

I remember learning as a kid that any name with a ה in is has Hashem's name and I was upset because I don't have a ה in any of my names lol
That's why Avram was changed to Avrohom etc.

Boys names ending with Hashem's name -
Michoel
Gavriel
Uriel
Refael
Zecharya
Shmaya
Yirmiya/Yirmiyahu
Yeshaya/Yeshayahu
Tuvia

Girls -
Dalia
Talia
Starting with Hashem's name:

Love these. They can also be spelled Lielle, Morielle, or Shirelle in English, OP.

Thank you for the suggestions!

My DH doesn't like Israeli sounding names either, although I don't mind them. We do live in an OOT yeshivish community...

I came across all these names in my research and although I like many of them, most won't work for us.

If I can get more ideas, I would appreciate it!

Thanks!

If we have a Moshe- is Tuvia a problem because it was one of his names?

What does Dalia mean? I found branch or gentle.

Tuvia is not a problem if you have a Moshe. They are different names. Yekusiel and Shmaya are also names given to Moshe.

Similarly, someone with a Yaakov can also have a Yisrael,
