OP, did you ever read “how to keep house while drowning” by KC Davis? It’s a great cleaning guide/support for those of us struggling with ADHD. You might want to refer to that as a starting point, before you create a list of minimums. |

If you look at it as non negotiable, like supper, pj's and bedtime, it becomes part of the schedule!!!
At the beginning it will be hard but you're training your kids and not letting a huge mess accumulate, which makes it way easier to deal with!!!
