Looking for a very skilled and highly recommended female therapist for teen dd who has adhd, emotional dysregulation, anxiety.
Can be in Northern NJ - bergen county or passaic area
OR
on zoom/virtual.
Till now I wasn't really open to virtual because I didn't think it would have the same effect, but so many therapists are mostly doing virtual, plus it expands the pool and is not limited to my area, so if we can find a really amazing therapist from elsewhere, that could work.
Any suggestions?
I did call relief but most of the suggestions didn't work out (they only do during school hours and dd would not agree to that).
