No personal experience but I know that Dr Todres does it.
There is someone C. Isaacson who advertises as Wonder N Whitening that is doing it for quite a few years

I used someone in Lakewood but don’t have her contact info anymore. If you look in the Lakewood magazines she advertises in there- it’s a yellow advertisement. I believe she calls herself DentaWhite.

I used her many years ago. Don't recall the price. She's really nice! I did a thirty minute or maybe one hour treatment and also got a whitening pen to use at home afterwards to seal in the whiteness.

We use him for all our dental work and I've seen his cosmetic work. Highly recommend. Haven't yet heard from anyone that was unhappy.
