Usually don’t tip them. Pay what they ask…
I do trip delivery guys. They taka get paid hourly but they work hard schlepping stuff up the stairs for me and I feel they need appreciation

I'm not in Lakewood, but I once had an Uber driver who told me he used to work for a local heimish grocery. I asked him what's considered a normal proper tip for delivery guys. He said $1 per box, so that's what I go with

Wow in crown heights, I only know the delivery came because of the bang when they leave the boxes by the door! They run away so fast, I can't even say thanks

I use Uber, I only tip if I have packages that they helped me with. Or on Purim, when the driver was really patient and not cursing the traffic.
Delivery person, I tip $1, $2. Delivery people in Brooklyn are earning a minimum of $15/hr
I'm not even sure why we tip them.
