Even the USPS doesn't have a good calculator for letters over 1 oz, why?

I bought a postal scale which I also use as a food scale. It is much better to weigh ingredients when you bake.

I use my food scale to weight the envelopes but I just didn't know how much extra to put because it was more than 1 oz.
