Any frozen broccoli needs a reliable hechsher. The CRC has a great up to date list of which frozen veggies do not need a hechsher. Organic can be even harder to check. I would stick with bodek broccoli and get yourself some green beans or carrots if you are at whole foods. Their frozen organic tricolor peppers are great and have OU and do great for a quick stir fry.

broccoli in general is very buggy and always needs a hechsher, it's very difficult to check

Yes, needs a hechsher and yes, kosher brands get checked.

Also, organic is even more prone to infestations since they don't use strong pesticides.

Im asking a Kashrus agency, but I thought I heard I can blend any veg like broccoli or spinach, and use it for a smoothie, without checking, bec its not "Nikur".

Do the OU or similar Kashrus agencies say this?

I know that star k differentiates between fruits and veg that are sometimes infested vs those that are most of the time infested, when it comes to blending. So it would be ok to blend regular kale, but not curly kale, which has a higher infestation rate. They include organic in the most of the time infested category, so this organic broccoli would not be ok according to the star k. Also be aware that it's ok to blend if that's the way you prepare the dish. It's not ok to blend JUST to avoid having to check for bugs.
