Is there any Jewish community there?
Not officially looking to move yet, but want to get ideas and saw a gorgeous house and property for decent price on zillow.
I don't want to contact a realtor since I don't know when we would be able to move and don't want to waste their time?
Anyone know anything about Tomkins Cove, NY?

I think people are buying properties there as investments, but there's no frum community yet as far as I'm aware. It will probably become frum one day but its pretty far out

Not sure if you're familiar but it's a supposedly a little bit more north than Stony Point, which we were told frum yidden are settling.
I was hoping that this area was also getting established.
Also, as mentioned, I want a nice size house with a decent property for not an insane amount and this area has it. It's also, I believe, like 20 mins away from Haverstraw/Garnerville.

You can buy the house and keep it as a a rental property for now, and once the area becomes frum you can move there. If you wait till its frum you wont be getting those prices anymore.
