I'd like to make a broccoli soup in my instant pot which is pareve. I do have an immersion blender. I do not have cauliflower or sweet potato or red potatoes. I do have onions and garlic and spices and some celery and kohlrabi.
Any recipes?
I can figure out timing from a regular recipe.

Sauté onions and garlic. Add zucchini, sauté some more. Add broccoli and spices, water, simmer. Blend well.

I'm sure there are many recipe online but you can easily make up. one onion, one zucchini, one bag of broccoli, a couple garlic cloves, few cups of water. salt, pepper...
