I am looking to make lasagna with cheese and sauce in a pot sort of like those recipes that are one pan wonders. But it needs to be in a pot(no milchig oven) and no draining water. Anyone have any ideas they can share?

Why can't you drain the water? You'd need to cook the pasta.
I do one pot as follows:
Cook & drain pasta
In pot that you cooked pasta in, melt 2 tbsp butter, add 1 cup milk, 1 Jar pizza sauce, 1 pack shredded cheese. Cook till everything is combined well & cheese is melted. Add pasta & mix very well.

pasta with sauce and cheese on stove top - do equal parts pasta and liquid (water/milk) then add sauce and cheese. Noodles will cook and absorb most of the water, so no need to drain. Sometimes I do pasta sauce, sometimes mac&cheese seasoning.

They make no cook lasagna noodles.

Recipe
Box no cook lasagna noodles
15 Oz tomato sauce or pizza sauce
Oregano, pepper
8 Oz cottage cheese
1 egg
8 Oz shredded cheese, Mozzarella or pizza
2-3 slices American cheese

Add tsp Oregano and some black pepper to
Tomato sauce. Optional, add some sugar/sweetener

Pour 1/3 can tomato sauce in pan

Put down 3 lasagna noodles

Spoon tomato sauce.

Mix 1 egg into cottage cheese,

Spoon on top of noodles

Sprinkle some shredded cheese

Put another layer of noodles, sauce, cheese

Put a third layer of noodles, sauce, big pieces
Of American cheese, shredded cheese.

I break up another lasagna noodle and put pieces on side of pan.

Cover with foil and bake 350 for 45-60 minutes.

You can use regular lasagna noodles and don't pre cook, it cooks in the sauce during the baking.

You absolutely don't need a milchig sink in order to drain pasta.

Lasagna noodles
Marinara sauce
American cheese
Shredded cheese (mozzarella or mozzarella mixed with cheddar)
Milk

1. In a 9x13 pour a layer of tomato sauce and tilt the pan so it covers the bottom.
2. Add 3 lasagna noodles side by side.
3. Spread marinara sauce on the noodles and put a layer of sliced American cheese.
4. Repeat the noodles and sauce and use shredded cheese.
5. Repeat steps 3&4 but end with shredded cheese geese on top.
6. Pour milk around the edges of the pan
7. Cover tightly and bake until done. Uncover the last 10 min or so to get the top crispy.

Enjoy! Can be prepped the day before without the milk and just add milk when ready to bake.
