My son has gained a lot of weight since my special needs child was born. I don't think a nutritionist would be the correct solution. I think the problem lies deeper. Where can I get a recommendation?

Not know the age of your son or the cirmumstances. Based on your post, you can ask you dr for a therapist appropriate for his age and situation.
