Looking into this now for my dd. I just can't imagine the logistics. She'd pretty much need me to send every single meal for her. Is this even a remote possibility for it to work out? Is it feasible? Has anyone done this?

Yes but I sent to a super organized camp ( Bnos) that had a sep allergy kitchen and always has options for allergic kids. I also spoke extensively to head off the kitchen , camp nurse and camp mother to ascertain that she would be looked after. I also waited to send her until I felt she could be super confident and aware regarding what she was eating and being comfortable to ask for substitutions . I also constantly checked in with her if she was eating enough and she knew I was ready to send her food at any point if she needed it ( with permission from the camp)
