Salmon
Any cooked Grains
Tuna
Peas
Other cooked veggies
Bread
Beans

Snacks
Rice cakes
Granola
Pretzels
Any Fruit

When my kids are that age, I feed them almost the same menu every day. Variety is only for the purpose of introducing new foods, but that can happen once an every few days. It’s not creative, but makes life easier. Supper is what I make for the family or leftovers from the day before if there’s allergies.
