I'm looking for a book to read at the shabbos table. Something that will generate discussion about hashkafa amongst teens. Any suggestions?

We have read Achas Shaalti, which was great. But it generated discussion regarding halachic issues. Im looking now for something more about hashkafa/values.

Covenant & Conversation: Family Edition (2 volume set) https://a.co/d/guJ6YpL

Have found these to be absolutely wonderful. It might seem expensive but they're actually 2 large, quality hardcovers with colorful images.

Not what you are asking, but I highly recommend doing two Halachos of Shemiras Halashon.

We have Jonothan Saks’s regular Covenant & Conversation set (https://www.shopeichlers.com/products/covenant-conversation-genesis-the-book-of-beginnings/3862) and we love it.

We like David Asher emunah books
There are books geared to kids, teens, Shiduchim, the Parsha, etc.
It’s light engaging and not too long

We loved Rabbi Bentzion Shafier’s book. It has something meaningful on every parshah.

It’s perfect for teens.

I like the medrash says or the little medrash says.

Talks about the pasha with emphasis on Hashkafa, what lessons do we learn.
