I'm looking for an MDS job for a new nurse who recently graduated with her BSN, looking to be trained in to be an MDS coordinator remotely or in Baltimore MD

I do medical staffing and thats not likely to find. Typically MDS nurses start out as Floor Nurses and get certified when they want a promotion. Also, the job also involves assessing the residents which cant be done from home. Ive had some clients be open to hybrid but the nurse needs to be in the building a few times a week.
Also a nurse would take a course like this. Its the gold standard.

I am a healthcare recruiter and actually placed someone like this. Training was in house, but then after a month was fully remote.
You need access to patients charts on the nursing homes EMR system and not necessarily see the patients ( and this is in terms of nursing homes)
However, as a really new grad, this might be tough to find
The one we placed 10 years of experience
Also, MDS is a specialty, and needs proper training...
