I recently bought five bags each of broccoli and cauliflower in Bingo. Not a brand I usually buy but they didn’t have the brand I always get. The broccoli and cauliflower is absolutely horrible! It won’t get soft and when you bite into it it has a slightly sour taste. Anyone else have this? I’m so frustrated, the bags aren’t cheap and they are completely inedible.

I buy them all the time and they are great. I roast them, put in quiche or soup. never had a problem. not sure why you're having that. it's frustrating.
