In lkwd the menstores sell wool coats with a down or poly lining. I would call your mens stores.
In lkwd this would be his place, hat box, marcys, suit cellar ( I dont think ai stone sells coats).

I got DH the coat you posted a couple years ago. He loves it. I couldn't find anything similar elsewhere. Maybe call the company and see when they are getting a new shipment/will be getting in the size you need. Maybe they can order it special for you.

My husband has a wool coat with faux fur lining and he loves it. He got it in via venetto

Marcy's The Boys Club in Lakewood has an excellent quality men's wool coat with down lining. Don't think they have a website, but I'm sure they would ship. They also have a store in brooklyn.
