It's located at 10 Beatrice Cenci, which is about a 3-4 minute walk from the heart of the Ghetto. It's also across the street from Yotvata (about a 30 second walk), which is dairy and one of my favorite restaurants. Monte Cenci is aware of Shabbos needs. I just returned from Rome about a week and a half ago. They reminded me to take a Shabbos key and told me that I could light on the 5th floor. In the morning, they had kosher pastries for us (by pre-arrangement) and "kosher milk." Their standard breakfast comes with fruit and coffee (and a variety of non kosher items). I also brought my own cereal bowls and spoons. I've stayed there about 5 times and have always been pleased. Rooms are small, but clean and modern. There are generally a few other frum families there as well and we usually end up on the 4th floor. If you decide to spend a little extra, take one of the 4th floor rooms with a very large terrace and outdoor furniture.

Not sure about hotel but definitely take a tour of the Shul, it’s absolutely beautiful. If you need a tour guide we used Laura Hannuna +39 335 535 3948, she took us through the Shul and around the Jewish Quarter. She was amazing and really knowledgeable, she also helped arrange for us taxis to and from the airport. (We had one of the taxis stop at the Colosseum for an extra $30 on our way to the Ghetto, which she arranged).
