we are all married bh and I want to give each family the same gift different children ages. Budget is about $20 per family. I need ideas please.

I would find a board game that the kids can enjoy together. Which game depends on the age range

Either a game or something like popcorn maker, donut maker.

As others have said, a board game or similar that they can all play.
Or you can do something cute for each person, like a bag of mini donuts with a donut keyring or something like that. Where it's small but everyone gets their own thing.

I think this is the best idea for different families with different aged kids.
Waffle maker is also an idea - or else a gift card to a bakery for donuts or to a pizza place or some other such treat.
