What is the best deal on an all purpose mixer? How many quarts is necessary if it’s just for cakes and cookies? Using it for challah would be a plus but not if it’s significantly more expensive. I have a Basch that’s not in the best condition but does the job for now. Thank you.

For regular baking 5 quart is sufficient. There are great deals now! I
