What can I do with turkey deli meat? Preferably something warm but not deli roll.

Not much because it is thinly sliced generally.
It is pretty similar to a deli roll but I used to love hot turkey sandwiches when I was a kid. Just turkey on a slice of bread with turkey gravy over it.
Or you could make a hot pocket using traditional Thanksgiving sides - just layer some stuffing, turkey and cranberry sauce enclosed in a bread dough.

Slice into matchsticks and serve over salad or over warm rice and sautéed onions.

Spread Mayo based dressing, ketchup, lettuce, onion, tomato and turkey deli onto sourdough or preferred bread and stick in panini maker. It’s delicious!!!
