I've been vulnerable to infection past few months and seem to be getting them the week after mikvah. Never had this issue before.
Is there a very hygienic mikvah you can recommend? Pref on north side of lakee.

Call up a Mikvah ask them how often they change the water.
Tell them your problems maybe they can help you
maybe you can go in first right after they change the water or something else.

I'm allergic to chlorine.
I call mikvah a few days before and they arrange that one is cleaned out and refilled that day. No chlorine is added. I'm the first of the night to use it. And then chlorine is added.
I've also had other arrangements where I call right when my clean days start and then hold off adding the next round of chlorine until I go. In those days I found that 5 days was a sufficient amount of time between chlorine additions, so even of I didn't call right at the start of the 7 days, it would still be ok
I've become more sensitive since, but it did work this way for a while
