I have a few minutes extra now and want to make my erev shabbos chanukah easier.
Can I freeze raw apple pie? I'll slice the apples, put cinnamon and lemon and add the crumble.
I've done it over night in the fridge and it was perfect.
Anyone has frozen raw apples?

It's possible you can but I didn't have good experience freezing raw. It was much better when frozen after baked.

How do you defrost and rebake it that it shouldn't be soggy?

Oven on 250. If it's defrosted to room temperature I put it in uncovered till warm and crispy. If it's frozen I put it in covered for about half hour or more and then I uncover it.
Maybe it's the recipe I use but mine is always crispy.

Freeze raw. Don’t defrost just stick into preheated oven, bake on 350 as regular.
I’ve never found it to taste any different than fresh
