I'm looking for sufganiyot that I can buy in Israel (Jerusalem area) that are from a nut free (tree nuts are the problem, peanuts are ok) environment. We can't have from most bakeries because of a severe nut allergy and the cross contamination. We can't buy sotre-bought ones with ingredients because all the ones we've seen say 'may contain traces of nuts'.
We've tried making our own, it is a huge hassle, mess, and time consuming, and they aren't even particularly great tasting.
Any other ideas are welcome!

Maybe try ordering from someone who does it privately in her house, so she can be accommodating.

I’m not in Israel but I’ve seen ‘No way that’s healthy’ on Instagram post that she sells homemade doughnuts
They look amazing !
