I think Eichler's sells it, though it may be cheaper at the Address at American Dream. I also saw that there's a new Solo coming out for Chanuka with more memory, and of course for more $.

It's an absolute nightmare. I'm not a difficult consumer by any standard, and I'm tech savvy by nature, but this device is a real pice of work (and not in a good way). Customer service sent me a lame video so they can check off a box that they've addressed the problem(s).
I would love to hear how others are faring with it. Please PM me.
