Looking for a recommendation for a place to eat in B.P. that is Pareve or Milchig with Pareve options and has seating that isn't facing the street (/clear storefront)

I don’t know about pareve menu but cafe Paris and Urbana are nice. Urbana probably a bit more expensive.

Patis in Brooklyn Square. Seating is nowhere near windows. Open during the day only (and not Sunday).

Nice variety of foods, including rolls and flavored butter, soup, fish, salad bar, sushi, blintzes, pasta, eggplant, water, hot coffee/tea. Menu varies daily. Refill your plates as often as you like. About $30/person.
I believe you can also do it to go for same price. They give you a soup container plus two deli containers to fill up.
