Title says it all.
I'm getting my DS an Mp3-player for Chanukka.
But I'm clueless.
How do you upload songs on it?
The "kosher" way, I don't want him to copy songs from his friends Mp3.

Do you already have music downloaded onto your computer?
If you do, it's just a matter of connecting the player to your computer and copying over the song files.
If you don't, you will need to buy it. MostlyMusic.com is one site that has a lot of Jewish music for purchase, but it can get very expensive because you buy one album/song at a time.

I don't have any music downloaded on my computer.
I'll look into Mostly Music, are there any other options aswell?
Perhaps a bit cheaper?

There are also free singles on mostly music.
You realize they'll all be expensive being that you're buying the music for the first time.
Unless you're subscribed to any music platform like Amazon or Spotify with an option of downloading albums or songs.
