Some things I got for my dh birthday:
Cologne
Books (history books)
High quality whiskey (he never opens them, but saves them in a collection from special moments)
If it’s an anniversary, I recommend to make a mini picture album with photos and selfies together
Or get a special picture frame with a photo together, maybe one of those unique kinds you can get in a specialized photo printing store
Something he enjoys, maybe it’s a special type of coffee, fishing gear, something that is his thing
You can combine gifts into a nice package or basket
If he is a learner maybe a nice set of sefarim, or a new Sefer, or a shtender

For anniversary we do a gift together for the house for example, silver challah knife, door name card etc.
If you are doing like we do Birthdays I bought him a massage machine from Amazon, not the gun, the type you can do on yourself, a watch, a leather cufflink box
