I know its early, but I need some ideas. this week's shalosh seudos is the last meal before the fast and I need to serve something filling. it can be milchig or fleishig, but its gonna have to be cold since we dont use a blech.
any ideas?

pasta salad, there are many kinds out there to make... you can make angel hair pasta with a light soy sauce dressing and serve it cold..
potato salad
challa
fish
fruit salad
blintzes ( I like em cold)
tuna salad
cold sweet noodle kugel you can make it with cheese, or make it without, but tastes like cheese.

Technically can you still eat fleishchigs by shalosh seudos?

I just asked dh that question and he said fleishigs is fine. so now I'm thinking maybe deli sandwiches...

I wouldn't eat deli, might make you thirsty. Do you use a crock pot? I plan on putting a hearty soup in mine. I was also thinking maybe chicken snitzels w/ salads.

Heres my menu for next week shalosh seudos
challa
if anyone wants fish
fushetes( hamburgers)
chicken cultlets
pasta salad
cold cut salad maybe?
watermelon
and im still waiting for dh to tell me what else he wants
