Similar similar & worse w/ younger child
ADHD similar type & possible ASD
It’s really a nightmare
Besides all the advice you’ve gotten here, what I’ve seen helpful at least in my limited experience, is for the child to be on a stimulant type of adhd medication
It helps them “ Up their game so to speak “
