There is a kosher food truck at BahaMar resort. You can go get food there even if you're not staying at the resort.
There's a grocery store about 15 minutes away that sells many kosher foods.
During yeshiva week, there will be kosher food available at Atlantis, but I'm not sure if you need to reserve in advance or not.

How do you contact the kosher food truck and reserve for Altlantis?
