My baby is 11 months old. She is not so good at chewing, and she gets stomach aches from bananas and carrots. She does not like avocado. She loves scrambled eggs, meat, potatoes, fish, beans, soup vegetables (without carrots), chicken. She can also eat bread. Everything in tiny pieces. She eats baby jars, but not much yogurt.
I'm trying to think of easy snacks and meals for when I don't have cooked things ready to give her. Any ideas?

Rice cake with or without peanut butter
Slices cheese or cheese sticks
Hard boiled eggs, sliced or mashed with bit of mayo
I don't think you mentioned fruit, pears, tangerines, mango, grapes sliced to avoid chocking hazard. Watermelon when in season.
It's ok to feed the same food on repeat. Totally fine to have eggs every morning, alternate hard and scrambled.
Dinner is easiest if you serve what you eat. Less prep.
