anyone know of a beginners/ low impact video. cardio with some toning. not the video with 20 reps that ur calling it quits 10 minutes in. I want a vidoe that will help me get fit and in shape (or at least able to do it without panting loud enough for the block to hear) and then I can take on the harder videos that I already have.

There is a whole range of Leslie Sansone "Walk away the pounds" videos, from 1 mile "easy" walk to jogging. These are really good for a beginner! They also have arm toning exercises, some use weight balls, etc. I have a few and vary depending on my mood for the day...

so are they intersting, bec walking in one place sounds boring. or are u doing this on a treadmill?

I have tried Leslie Sansone... She's great! Entertaining and fun... u don't walk in the same place the entire time... u can walk around the room as well... It's boring after doing for like a long strech of time... after that u can switch to more intense ones... or u can choose to do it with weights.... Highly recommended.

I saw a preview on collagevideos.com and it seemed pretty much what I want
so thanks a bunch
now I just need to do it and lose the weight
