I don't think there is anything to answer on that. Obviously when someone is thinking to do something and ask money from people they have experience and know there work. I already made over 15 albums and people where amazed by the work. Now what's your answer?

Are you providing just the graphics?
Giving the full album?
Leather?
How many pages?
All these make a difference in the price.

It depends on whether you’re charging just for design or full product. Also Beginners usually start at $150 for standard 20 pages / 10 spreads. I would recommend charging extra if you need to scan photos, that’s the most tedious part.

Adding on - if you already did more than 15 high quality photo books you can start higher than 150, but starting low will get you customers to start out. Word spreads very quickly in this line of work, it’s always in high demand.

I think the point of it is to help the kallah get to know her chassan somewhat better. we don’t talk/meet a lot during the engagement, so there’s something to look at every day and float in the clouds 🥰

Many Chasidish women don’t have internet at home.
Plus, they want a professional look, not just pictures. They want graphics done professionally, etc. so as pp said they are willing to pay someone to do it for them. Just like any other service.
