Retinol is the best ingredient for anti aging. Start with a gentle serum (I recommend naturium) and work your way up to stronger ones if your skin can tolerate it.

Also you must must wear sunscreen every day of the year and keep reapplying!! The sun is what causes the most skin damage. I start with a tinted spf in the morn that looks like foundation. Then I reapply throughout the day with a powder or spray spf
