How do you know that's what constipated you? I'm assuming you've eaten other other foods in the past few days...

Thai is a new food for me. Other foods are my reg and I never had a problem.

I love those things.
Why would eating one bar cause you to be constipated for days? Are you very sensitive to foods?

I've never heard of getting constipation as a reaction to a food. The opposite, sure.
