Does your oven have a grill feature. If yes, I would say depending on how you like it.
My family likes it pinkish in the middle. So we do approx 5 minutes on each side. If you like it more well done? Then 7 minutes on each side.
But that’s when it’s on broil. Comes out delicious

I like very well done, I bake for I think 30 min on 350 then broil for 5 min on each side.

You could bake on regular temperature, 350-375 for around half hour, a little more if it doesn't look done,
then broil a drop so to gets darker

I broil 5 min on each side then turn the oven off and leave them in another 5 min

On a cookie sheet. Uncovered at 400 for 20 minutes. Serve immediately.

I put it on a wire rack on top of a cookie sheet and bake on 425 for 15 min
